I have picked Pico for my website, and it's working great! The total footprint for the home page is ~300 KiB, of which the CSS is merely 46 KiB (8 gzipped).

I really appreciate how lightweight Pico is, yet how much functionality it just provides out of the box (bless that I didn't have to write my own dark mode support!), so this is a thank-you post for that. :)
