O-->G Error: Updated Event failed to save - A task was cancelled

I'm getting the above error almost every time sync happens and i'm not sure how to get rid of it?

It seems to stop the sync until I click go ahead.

If you can replicate this on the latest alpha release, please raise a bug issue and follow the guidance for providing your ogcalsync.log file to help with troubleshooting.
