Parameters

I'd like to request some parameters for start (later for an UI? ;), like

• pixel resolution
• energy (global/local on plants)
• amount of plants
• terrain (later ;)

.. any more ideas? :)

The loading routine for config files are there, so this should be straightforward to do.
