Frame Indexing Errors

Two related issues on adjusted frame indexing: 

Running the default example, using _fileParams.frameIdInd_ pops an error in contact detect with lines 74 and 75. No error is produced when commenting this out in the params file.

Throughout- if your image sequence starts with 0, the indexing is off (because MATLAB starts with 1).
