Premium Features #344

ASIN image - definitely not, but you can probably fetch these by generating the requisite URL from the ASIN value.
Tracking numbers - it succeeds for some, but not all, and Amazon often remove these after a time - if it’s not on the page, then it cannot be scraped. I think this is mostly not a problem, because by then the order is either delivered or declared lost.
Gift note - whatever I’ve done is in the free feature set - you should make sure it’s doing what you need it to do before upgrading.
All the others, I think so, but please realise that scraping is a bit of a battle - Amazon are not helping us. I am putting significant time into addressing gaps as they appear, but some users experience feature gaps for extended periods when Amazon change stuff.
Here are my personal most recent 25 shipments:

If you look closely, you’ll see that all of the physical (non digital) orders have tracking links except for the oldest one (which was delivered more than a month ago). One or two of the ones with links don’t have tracking IDs - this seems less and less common. The links still work, but if you’re a drop shipper, you probably could not share the link with a customer, because you need to be logged in to your account to use it.
On my account, the IDs and links tail off after about 45 days, but the shipping status value seems to last forever.
Q: What if my experience is different from the above?
A: Good question. If not, you can file a ticket with some example orders by sending me an order debug file or two:
see [this article](https://github.com/philipmulcahy/azad?tab=readme-ov-file#how-to-save-and-send-an-order-debug-json-file),
I will probably be able to fix the extension to handle the formatting that Amazon are inflicting on you. (Owning a scraper is a bit like playing whackamole).
Q: Can I have my money back if I’m not happy?
A: No! The terms include much writing about it being a charity project, and it being supplied “as is”, In most cases I manage to fix bugs reported by users if they stay the course and supply the necessary debugging info needed (people often get bored when they realise that I cannot see their account info unless they send it to me). Think about it this way: You’ve already invested way more than $15 of your time in this conversation - the annual donation is immaterial by comparison. The costs of administering refunds ends up being just too high. Also worth considering - the annual price for new subscribers has risen from $5 to $15 in the last couple of years as the feature set has grown. The original subscribers are still on $5 (it’s too hard to figure out how to legally raise their rate). There have been a few users who noisily unsubscribed (Stripe’s workflow for this is unethically byzantine), and then been most displeased to find out the new price when they change their mind.
Yours,
Philip

I'm looking for Order number, Product Title, Asin, Asin Image, Qty, Tracking Number(s) (TBAxxx for amz delivery or traditional UPS, USPS, etc), and Gift Note. Is this something that is included in the premium delivery features? Just trying to confirm what exactly is included in that information.
