The new PINT Specification allows the use of MLR and ApplicationResponse to send the Reject and Accept the einvoice

I want to send supplier the acknowledgement that einvoices is received and Valid , but in case of the einvoice not conforms to Business rules the receiver wants to send the rejection message to supplier is it possible then which message type to use MLR or ApplicationResponse also we have migrated recently to PINT specs
so MLR and ApplicationResponse are still used in PINT

I am a little bit confused about your question, as it combines a lot of different things and I am not sure I get it right.

• Updated PINT specifications usually only lead to changes to the data model of Invoice or Credit Note
• Peppol MLR (Message Level Response) is a Peppol BIS that uses UBL 2.1 ApplicationResponse as the underlying data model
  Can you please point me to the source specification you are referring to, so that I might be able to help resolving it

so ApplicationResponse is still the way to acknowledge / reject the PINT Invoice/CN ,
is there any library that helps in Creating and Sending Application Response in Json and converter to XML

Application response is the UBL document type onto which many specifications are mapped.
This includes the Peppol MLR (Message Level Response), Peppol MLS (Message Level Status) as well a Peppol IR (Invoice Response)
The MLR and MLS are technical messages, whereas the IR is a business level message. Depending on the level you want to reject, different specifications apply.

There is no library to convert JSON to XML - but there is a library to create MLR XML documents (https://github.com/phax/peppol-commons?tab=readme-ov-file#peppol-mlr) as well as one to create MLS XML documents (https://github.com/phax/peppol-commons?tab=readme-ov-file#peppol-mls)

For sending MLR/MLS/IR you have to use your regular AS4 solution (like phase4) - each of these messages is considered a separate transmission.
