Upgrade to WSS4J 4.0.x?

Is is planned to upgrade from WSS4J 3.0.x to 4.0.x?

The Apache WSS4J team are pleased to announce the release of version 4.0.0. This is a major new release that features upgrades to OpenSAML v5, XML Security 4.0.0, with JDK 17 as a minimum supported version.

Well, as you said it means shifting the baseline from Java 11 to Java 17.
