Font Size not working on alts #22

Version 7.3.5.1
I change the font size in the PhanxChat options to 14.
It works for current character.
I sign onto another character and the font size is 12 when I right click on the chat window. PhaxChat options shows that is is 14.
All other addons were disabled.
