I submitted this pull request yesterday, and it has already been approved. I’m just curious to know when it might be included in the 5.9.0+ tags.

Yes I think so.

        $result = $this->queryBuilder->getQuery()->cache([
            'key' => $cacheKey,
            'lifetime' => 10 * MINUTE
        ])->execute();

There are many places where we set a lifetime like this. With the latest changes, this lifetime no longer works, and the cache never expires.

I believe this is a critical issue. If the new release is going to take a long time, I'll consider downgrading for now.
