Entities contained in uwmetadata ns10:provenience element should be indexed

Entities in ns10:provenience element of Uwmetadata are not indexed as the ones from ns1:lifecycle (see Model/Index.pm _get_uwm_roles function).
Expected behaviour: indexing of entities in ns10:provenience along with their roles, e.g. "bib_roles_pers_fmo":["Jane Doe"].
