predicted_mobility doesn't show in the .contig_report.txt

The predicted_mobility field does not appear in the .config_report.txt when running mob_recon, whereas this information is displayed in the .mobtyper_results.txt file.

Thank you for sending your input file. Upon investigation, indeed running mob_recon generates contig_report.txt with empty predicted_mobility field but mobtyper_report.txt does contain information in the predicted_mobility field. created a development branch mob-3.2.0 which has this issue fixed and will be used to create the next release. You can install new code by cloning that branch and running pip3 install . that will install the newest code in your environment

The issue was that mob_typer module triggered by mob_recon did not communicate with the mob_recon resulting in empty fields that are calculated in mob_typer but are nice to have in mob_recon reports.
