Description
When I checked the results performed by mob_recon.
All of the mob_recon is classified into chromosome.
I installed the mob-suite by pip3, and initialized the database correctely.
Then, should I run the following script before run mob_recon?
Setuptools
Clone this repository and install via setuptools.
% git clone https://github.com/phac-nml/mob-suite.git
% cd mob-suite
% python setup.py install
