New nfdump_exporter for Prometheus metrics

I added nfdump_exporter at https://github.com/phaag/nfdump_exporter to play with metrics, Prometheus and Grafana.
Please have a look, if this matches your needs. Currently only nfdump-1.7-beta supports statistics exports for nfdump_exporter.
