NetBox DNS 1.3-beta1 is available

The beta for the new NetBox release 4.3 is due to be released soon.

I took the opportunity to release NetBox DNS 1.3-beta1 as well, so you can start testing the new NetBox release immediately on availability. No major changes since 1.2.7, just some tweaks to make it work with NetBox 1.3-beta1.

The new NetBox DNS release will not work with NetBox 4.2.x.
