ArgoCD / CRD in brand new cluster #3
Description
if you build Tournament from ArgoCD and Tekton pipeline .. it blocks on the race condition waiting for CRD's from Subscriptions.
need to adjust argo flags and sync waves to make this work
argocd.argoproj.io/sync-options: SkipDryRunOnMissingResource=true
