Hi!
First, I want to thank you for the incredible support and feedback this course has received. Seeing how the community uses and learns from the notebooks has been the biggest motivation.
Based on the concepts we've explored here, especially in the Pruning and Fine-Tuning & Optimization sections, I've decided to take the next logical step.
I want to announce the start of a new project and repository: Rearchitecting LLMs.
What's the goal of Rearchitecting LLMs?
This new repository will focus on building an end-to-end LLM optimization pipeline. While this course focuses on teaching the techniques individually, Rearchitecting LLMs will integrate them into a practical and reproducible workflow.
Going much deeper into each technique to become LLM optimization architects.
The vision is to create a framework that allows:
This project is the materialization of the philosophy we've explored: not just using LLMs, but redesigning them to be more efficient, fair, and adapted to specific needs.
Next Steps
This repository (Large-Language-Model-Notebooks-Course) will remain active and maintained.
Rearchitecting LLMs will be an independent project where we'll apply everything we've learned at a larger scale and with a more production-focused approach, working with SOTA optimization concepts. With the intention of bringing research published in papers to production.
I invite you to follow the new repository, give it a star ⭐ if you find it interesting, and participate in the discussions that open up there.
Thanks again for your support. We're starting a new stage!
Pere
