GoPro 4K Videos are'nt showing up in the videoviewer? (Hero 10, 4K 30 Frames)

4K GoPro Footage don't show up in the Videoviewer on the left side... ?

Some DJI Drohne Footage ist working but not all.
Is there a way to move the gauges or do Dashboard templates by my own?
i can't move or klick the Gauges.
