Support for PTP unicast 8275.2

Does statime support IEEE 8275.2-2022, 8275.2 profile ?

We currently do not support Unicast operation, at least not within our linux binary. It may be the case that it is doable to build a unicast implementation with the library as it stands, but we haven't looked into that.

If you are interested in this, we are open to implementing this should a sponsor for it be able to be found.

Looking through the spec, unicast is not the only thing we don't support, and this specific profile would also require support for an alternate BMCA. Again, we are open to implementing this provided funding is available from a sponsor.
