+最初版本由机器翻译加人工校正，但学识有限，英语并非我的母语，所以肯定有很多问题，很多矛盾之处。欢迎大家提出对应的英文校正版，提issue或pull request都行。为了更高效的交流，请明确指出问题段落位置，问题是什么，为什么新版本更合适等。如果觉得有道理就接受，不合适就放弃。

+## 为什么要翻译？
+
+1. 这本书提供了一种有创造力的方法，真正实现普通人的民主的方向，它不应该只存在于中文中，希望这种方法能进入英文世界。
+2. 基于书中提出的“递进自组织”方法，我们的“自组织社区”需要英文世界的开发者知道我们的理念，翻译《权民一体论》是个很好的开始。
+3. 中文世界与英文世界大多相互隔离，希望中英对照的方式能让双方更融合，消除一些沟通障碍，让我们这种菜鸟的相互学习与了解，更简单、方便。
+
+##  未来翻译计划
+
+翻译不限于中译英，英译中会有，其它语言的多语言也可以，只要符合“对等自治、公开透明、开源开放”价值观，或非常有意思的书都行。
+
