Hi,
first thanks to you for all the work you do in this repo and let it opensource.🥰
i see you have a docker build workflow already ready. But it's fail because of FREEBSD things.
Is there any plan to make the portage to linux soon?
I have successfully build in docker millipede but at commit: cd08d7f.
But it's painfull to do patch everytime you update the soft.

I've fixed the Linux compilation.
If you have patches for the Docker configuration, feel free to send these and I'll try to commit them. I don't have a Docker setup handy to try that myself.

fwiw, the current code builds fine on debian, after installing libevent-dev libcyaml-dev libjson-c-dev packages and changing the hardcoded /usr/local for /usr in Makefile, and the path to the config file (/usr/local/etc/millipede/caster.yaml) in main.c

Thanks! I didn't immediately see your last reply because you closed the issue, you didn't need to :)

I'm going to have a close look.

As a first remark, I strongly recommend not running a production caster in threaded mode as there are known issues I'm working on. It's not quite ready yet.
