pay_customer scoped to connect accounts with payment methods

I am utilising the Stripe Connect feature a bit in the application I have made but looking to extend it further. I am wanting the ability to have users with their connect accounts through Stripe, able to add their own Stripe customers through the app and also save payment methods for future payment acceptance.

Does Pay allow for the "pay_customer" on models to be "scoped" if/when a stripe account through connect is being used? I am hoping this is possible along with scoped payment methods with Connect accounts too! If not I will look into creating my own callbacks and syncing via Stripe API for this thanks!
