Import new playlist

Hi,
Now the playlist has been exported and tweaked in Excel how we like, wouldn't it be possible to create a new playlist and import all the tracks using their SPOTIFY track-ids ?

You can select, click, and drag (or ctrl+C, ctrl+V) all the track ids over the Spotify desktop app, and the songs will be recognized.
