v2: Many type exports are missing

I used to be able to import types such as TxOpts and TransactionInput from their respective files. Now I can no longer export any of these types.

I see that (for example) TxOpts is still being exported locally, but it's not exported by the package, either by the main index or from exports in package.json.

Can you import submodulss / subpaths?

My editor doesn't pick up on any submodules for import. Also there's no submodules declared in the package.json.

Why should there be? Is there any other way? Export maps were previously used for cjs-esm extensionless mirroring. We only have esm now; so specifying export maps is essentially a no-op property e.g. “psbt: psbt”

I am using a fork of vscode.

If you are exporting from a file outside the main entrypoint, either the file needs a re-export from main, or to be declared as a submodule. Otherwise my editor has no idea how to import from that file in the package.

I noticed this is broken in your other packages as well. For example, @noble/curves/secp256k1 import no longer works with v2.

I don't know what setup you are using where this works for you. This is clearly broken for me in vscode.
