What is use of PublicKeyCredentialType.Invalid? #592

Hey guys,

I've browsed Tests, but I couldn't find anything there.

And even in spec, there is only one type, i.e. "public-key".

Just wondering, what is the purpose of PublicKeyCredentialType.Invalid?
