Add documentation that explains how to hook up Qdrant vector db #87
Description
@mnutt I merged your PR #62 but it would be nice to add documentation to the Readme that explains the following:
- how to set up qdrant
- how to run qdrant db locally
- how to test to see if qdrant is working properly
- instructions on how to add the qdrant api key/credentials to the secret folder in repo
I would be happy to review and merge if someone puts in a PR with this documentation!
