well i'm going to have to give up trying this app. it hangs trying to download my playlist and killing the app doesn't work. I have to reboot my phone and clear cache before i can get the app to respond after it becomes unresponsive. it just can't handle a large collection that i would like to have cached on my phone. |

Hi,
So i've been checking out the various subsonic apps. I've installed and started to use dsub2000 and thought i would give some feedback.
My subsonic server is nextcloud with the music app installed.
The size of my music library is:
Totals Songs: 18,307
Total Albums: 1304
playlists: 4
largest play list: 1592
I was able to finally get connected to my nextcloud server. It would be HUGE help to have a show password icon as i'm a terrible phone typist. Another help would be let the user know what kind of error it is trying to get to the server, server not found, can't login, invalid cert, can't decrypt password, etc. users shouldn't have to use logcat to look for errors.
I do like to have as many of my songs for my favorite playlist already downloaded, 1592 files and this seems to be causing issues with the app. I enabled a 30GB cache. I then tried to sync this playlist go get it to download all the files and doing so is causing a constant popups:
DSub2000 Isn't responding
x close app
o wait
over and over. I haven't encountered this with the other apps as they just do the downloads quietly in the background. I'm unable to do anything with the app
while it seems to be sync'ing this playlist. So I see no way to determine how much has been downloaded or even if it is doing the downloads or just hung.
