[CI] `test-linux-stable-runtime-benchmarks` job is killed by OOM

After some recent changes the test-linux-stable-runtime-benchmarks job is get killed by OOM (example)

This PR can be used to test changes.

This is because the job is running in a container (dind), which the operating system would kill as soon as it exceeded the available memory

This is blocking all merges as it's a required check in the merge queue. If we think this is an infrastructure issue, can we please disable it until it's fixed?

@alindima it's not an infrastructure issue, one of the recent changes in code causes this.

This started after switching to rust 1.88. However, yesterday I ran the job several times with and without forklift. Without forklift the job consumes constant amount of memory and with forklift in some cases there is a spike in memory consumption which causes OOM. We are investigating this.
