Honor .swcrc

Parsel utilizes Speedy Web Compiler (SWC):

Parcel was one of the first tools to switch to the SWC JavaScript compiler. [source]
Parcel uses SWC to minify JavaScript. [source]

Is there any reason why Parcel does not honor .swrrc file while it does honor .bablerc, .terserrc, .htmlnanorc (and probably other configuration files)?
