Critical vulnerability affecting vtk-v9.1.0.rc1

Hi Guys,
I have created a fork for the above Issue however unsure if I have access to create a pull request. My proposal is to update package.json within @parcel/cache with the new release of lmdb and then create a new release.

I'm a new contributor so keen to learn the process and fix vulnerability at source.
