Parcel, Babel and "good" ol' IE11

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to get the proper Babel packages and configs to get my app to work on IE11. The problem is that all Babel guides I've found for that are not meant for Parcel + Babel. I found this but the urls used there are not working anymore.
