Flag Wordfence scans in production

wordfence scans should not be running in production environments. We should flag those cron jobs.

Putting this back in the hopper while we consider a more general solution for banned plugins.

For now, wouldn't this just be flagged in the Known Plugins list? I believe we do that for say 'Devel' on the Drupal side.
