Activities require refresh to be marked Completed #4292
Description
Whenever a user completes an activity, they must refresh in order to see that is is complete. Additionally if the user refreshes while looking at a different course, then switches back to look at the course with completions, everything completed becomes un-marked and the user must refresh again.
(then any courses in the OTHER course will become un-marked)
