Reduce effect of sound intensity mapping on text distortion

I very much like the way text distorts in relation to sound;  however, I'd like the audience to be able to read the characters more clearly.  What do you think?  Perhaps the solution is to add more "space" between each character so the text distortions don't overlap too much.  In the Stengade concert, I did not activate Audio Source (visual) because I wanted the text to be readable all the time.
