Update project name

Current Behavior

We have currently named the project Alibaba Dragonwell. The upstream project appears to have renamed under Dragonwell Project.

Possible Solution

Investigate and confirm what the official project name will be going forward. If there is indeed a change then we should rename things in a corresponding fashion. Minimally links to upstream software, and jobs that check for software updates, but probably also the buildpack name.

If we change the buildpack name, that would be a breaking change and we should bump the major version.
