Refactor: Convert Class Method to Property Arrow Function

I love using P42, especially in React projects. However, I currently mostly work in Angular and the biggest gripe I have is to refactor .bind(this) calls to ensure the this context stays the same for HTML Events and in conjunction with other Libraries such as callback from AG-Grid.

It would be great to have a refactor function that converts:

export class MyComponent {
-	protected handleExportClick(event: Event) {
+	protected readonly handleExportClick = (event: Event) => {
		// do stuff
	}
