single_include/indicators.hpp in repo out of date with include/*? #146
Description
I was confused as to why the example code for DynamicProgress in the README.md wasn't working, and it looks like the concatenated version of dynamic_progress.hpp in the header Hasn't incorporated this merge. There's an easy workaround ( pull in includes piecemeal instead ), just wanted to give a heads up.
