Determine if a row is empty and skip reading it

If there is a case in which the excel header starts from the second rows but sometimes the first or third rows. I'd like to make a situations where it automatically determines if the row is empty and skipping it. But how to do that?

Poiji doesn't have a technique to identify the header from an excel file dynamically.
