It'll be useful for the operator to put a description for things such as the related issue or ticket number against a support bundle so that they can easily tell what the support bundles are created for. I notice there is already a reason_for_creation field which is auto-populated (created by internal vs external API). We can perhaps allow store the user comment there and auto-populate it only when a bundle description is not passed in the create command?
