windows installed to non default install path behavior is incorrect

@jagerman I was having an issue where I could not change the exit node, it would automatically put exit.loki back in, and the connect button was unavailable, it has a red "deny" button when I moused over it.

Now that I uninstalled from my custom path and installed to the default path, I can "connect" in VPN mode but I lose internet connection quickly.

Here are the logs for that issue. I can create a separate issue for this if need be.
