Add Exit Node srv records

Pretty self explanatory, you asked me to put it on a list. So there I am :)

For context;
Adding Exit Node srv records would allow using sub domains for exit nodes, you won't have to buy ONS specifically for one exit node.
For example: eu.exit.loki (European exit server), na.exit.loki (North American exit server).

i am thinking an SRV record with the name _ip._exit.exitname.loki, then sort them by weight and priority.
