[BUG] Missed files while uploading

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on + and Upload file
2. Select some files to upload

Expected behavior

All selected files are uploaded and listed

Actual behavior

All selected files are uploaded and listed, but one.

I caught some stuff.

Two examples: the first one, i selected three files and only two were uploaded. In the second one, five selected and three uploaded. The Status view is empty afterwards, so, no pending or stucked uploads:

@jesmrec I tried to reproduce this on an iPad with iPadOS 26 and couldn't, so I looked closer at your recordings and noticed that the files that were missing came from different storage, but had the same name:

Recording 1

What is selected:

• File 1: IMG_0035.jpg
• File 2: IMG_0035.jpg
• File 3: IMG_2417.jpg

What is uploaded:

• File 1 or 2: IMG_0035.jpg
• File 3: IMG_2417.jpg

Recording 2

What is selected:

• File 1: IMG_0035.jpg
• File 2: IMG_0035.jpg
• File 3: IMG_0035.jpg
• File 4: IMG_2417.jpg
• File 5: links

What is uploaded:

• File 1 or 2 or 3: IMG_0035.jpg
• File 4: IMG_2417.jpg
• File 5: links

The pattern I see here is that, if several files with the same name are selected for upload, only one of the same-named files is uploaded.

So while this certainly is an issue, I'm relieved that it is not a broad one. I'll look into what causes the issue (I already have a few ideas) and fix it next.
