Handle bar still moving even when dealer is disabled.

Hi, I had a situation where the I wanted the dealer to be activated only when the handle was held. What happened was that the transform styles were still being applied to the handle even when the dealer was disabled.

Okay so I fixed it by adding this
if(this.disabled) return;

on line 682 on the renderHandlePosition method.
