Chrome version 14 Action.Find Issue

Hi so Im trying to use Action.Find but Im running into an error.

Here is what Im trying to do

It seem no matter if I use CCS or XPATH I get the same error and also it doesnt matter what selector or locator I use.
Im using chrome 14 and chromedriver 14

Any help would be amazing
