I'm furious with the company's level of support and service.
I cannot log in from your UK domain: "Error: Invalid Account ID or password", I have to specifically go to ovh.com, select "World" and then I'm allowed in.
I can't create support tickets because I'm probably redirected to your UK authorization system which somehow doesn't accept my valid email and password.
My VPS order was rejected because I didn't provide my real name.
Corporate and government IT systems are being breached left and right, and as a non-Canadian citizen, I would like to avoid giving you my whereabouts. You have my billing information and my real mailing address.
Anyways, my last request would be to have a refund. Sadly
How can I get my money back? Looks like I cannot contact you at all.

Says I need to create a support request but I cannot even contact you, see item 2.
What an utter mess.
