BUG - Index Creation fails when using a cloned index #53
Description
- clone an dindex with old shard settings
- if the default rollcall shard settings dont match, a cloned index does not get updated
- when it attempts to create the index, a silent "undefined" is returns. At minimum, an error should be returned. At best, cloned indices should be checked to update to the latest shard settings.
