Weird issue with auto-tile

this is how i set my autotile

plugin {
  hy3 {
    autotile {
      enable = true
      ephemeral_groups = true
      trigger_width = 500
      trigger_height = 250
      workspaces = all          
    }
  }
}

lets say i have 3 rows and row 1 and 2 has only 1 window, and the 3rd one has 2 windows. when i move one of the 2 windows from row 3 into row 2 instead of joining the row 2 it creates a new row. Only way i can make it go into that row is if row 2 already has atleast 2 windows, then it will join row 2.

edit: it's not working how its working in the video, i have basically the same setup like that and the first move you made doesnt work for me really qwq
