Bodyslide can't support SimpleChinese file very well. Unicode Chinese garbled characters.

I found the same issue and now go back to the last version - 5.6.3。

@yanlei6811 @bomfox Can you please upload the project file that causes the issue? I only need the .osp file. BodySlide should fully support UTF-8 file content, in theory.

I didn't get such an exception, but I fixed a few issues with unicode file paths with 4770eb7
