Teachers should be able to update student passwords from the edit account page #607
Description
This was determined from a discussion with Mark Clements right before Christmas.
- Manage accounts page user rows include button for password editing that links to a separate form for editing user passwords.
- Form only requires new password and new password verification fields.
- Tooltips for edit and edit password icons.
- Editor can edit any account password for any user in their org.
- Super admin can edit any account password for any user in any org.
- Password has same password validation requirements.
