Free Fleet Client for ROS2 robot

Understand that for robot without a fleet management system, in order to be about to communicate with rmf_core/romi-H, it's recommended to use free fleet.
What about robot using ROS2? There is only example with ROS1 Client in the repo.

Thanks for bringing this up. It would be great to add a Free Fleet client for ROS 2. We just haven't had access to any ROS 2 mobile robots yet to write one, but we would be happy to review a PR.
