Upstream tethys model to Fuel #72
Description
This repo's tethys model
https://github.com/osrf/lrauv/tree/main/lrauv_description/models/tethys
has diverged from the one on Ignition Fuel
https://app.ignitionrobotics.org/accurrent/fuel/models/MBARI%20Tethys%20LRAUV
Once we're done tweaking the model we should update the one upstream and use that here.
